25.05 Wolves 53 – 39 Belle Vue

Wolves fought hard tonight to defeat a stenthened Belle Vue team, Sqora scored 8+1.

A tough start for the PARRYS International Wolves and in particular Adam and Tai, they usually get a heat advantage in heat 3 but it was the Bell Vue pair of Ulrich Ostergaard and Patrick Hougaard who secured a 5-1 heat advantage, the Wolves finally got going and some good racing followed, the Wolves secured 5 consecutive heat advantages. Adam finished the evening with 2 heat wins. For Wolves the usual top two of Peter Karlsson and Fredrik Lindgren but they also had solid support from the rest of the team. For the Aces only Krzysztof Kasprzak, Morten Risager and Patrick Hougaard put up any resistance.

Bostin in China

For those of you who have been with us for the past few years may remember some of the pictures from Bostin around the world has already had some from China.

The first Bostin in China was from Mat Danks and then followed from Mark Andrews in Hong Kong and Paul Collins in one of the Chinese provinces.

It always makes us smile when we see so many Bostin people in their Bostin t-shirts from either where they work or on holiday, but none more so when we got the following pictures last week from Shanghai.

Actually we didn’t smile, we laughed out loud when we got the following pictures from Rich Crow with a view of Nanpu Bridge in Shanghai to include their Bostin car sticker!

Rich says: I did say I was on my travels and here is my first effort at spreading the word globally. This was taken as we drove over the Nanpu Bridge in Shanghai, as you can see we already have our car sticker proudly displayed in the back of the company Minibus.

Music is not pollution

We love music!

The West Midlands is a vibrant hub of music and many other creative industries.

Some of our areas are being threatened, no more so, than in Digbeth and Moseley.

There have been a number of issues lately where venues key to the Birmingham music scene have been faced with difficulties amounting to eventual closure due to complaints of a very small minority of people and alleged behaviour by the Council and Property Developers which leaves much to be desired.

In response, Project X have produced this short film to highlight some of the issues and hopefully stir up some action:
